Bridal Trial Run
A trial is extremely recommended for the bride. This is very helpful to make the wedding day go smoothly. This opportunity allows you to collaborate with your artist and explore different looks, and fine-tune the perfect hair and/or makeup style that brings your bridal vision to life.
Trial runs are scheduled Friday, Saturday, Sundays.
As these trail runs are not required, they are highly recommended. Availability is not guaranteed, please schedule in advance for preferred availability. Please arrive with clean, dry hair and a clean face.
This experience allows for you to build your
bridal glam 1-1 with me!
Includes: A detailed trial session to preview your
wedding-day glam. full application or styling,
product recommendations, and consultation.
*Bridal Trial Makeup $175 (2 HR session)
*Bridal Hair Trial $175 (2 HR session)
WEDDING DAY PREP
Entire wedding party including Bride: Hair must be clean and completely dry or a $25 fee will be added for additional blowdrying.
Max amount of services: 10 guests BEAUTY BY JC can only perform a certain amount of services depending on timing, please see timing reference above with services.
Multiple stylists\Makeup artist may be needed for larger parties and time restraints.
Services must be paid in full 2 weeks before the date of the wedding. Once payment is received it is NONREFUNDABLE.
Incase of a wedding cancellation by the bride, with less than one months notice, 50% of the total service amount will be due.
In the case of needing to reschedule the wedding date, I will try my best to be accommodating for the new date change. However, any payment from the original date is non refundable or transferable. A new booking fee will be needed to secure new date.
Brides, or booking parties, are responsible for payment to Beauty By JC for all services to be provided for the wedding day and for the wedding party. Any other fees associated are the brides, or booking parties responsibility (ex. valet, parking, tolls, lodging, flights if needed etc) and may be required depending on location and time.
ONCE BOOKING FEE IS SENT AND RECEIVED THE BRIDE OR BOOKING PARTY IS AGREEING TO ALL POLICIES AND FEES. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!
Want me by your side throughout photos and the ceremony?
Once all services are complete, I will perform any touch ups needed before leaving the venue. However, if you wish to have me stay past completed services, for additional touch ups or a second style/makeup look

$60 each additional hour past all hair and makeup services through ceremony.

$200 for a second look to be completed immediately following the ceremony, if second look is desired.
ALL TRAVEL RATES & DETAILS
All travel pricing is based out of Virginia Beach, VA. Please keep this in mind when inquiring about on site wedding services out of state, out of the country or anything over 1 hr there will be a travel fee added.
LOCAL TRAVEL RATES
$60 booking fee to hold your date and services, covering the listed travel distance, to and from, your venues location below. this separate fee is in addition to the service pricing, not a deposit towards services. The booking / travel fee is non-refundable and non transferable, is to be paid after quote is sent and contracted services are agreed upon. This fee covers holding your date, mileage to and from on site location within Virginia Beach, VA area only, as well as set up/clean up on the wedding date.

E X T E N D E D T R A V E L R A T E S
Below, you will find the travel fees for available for services, which help cover the time and costs associated with travel. Please note that travel time is charged both ways (to and from the venue location), as this is time that cannot be used for other appointments or work.
A set travel rate for each city based on the distance from home base in Virginia Beach, VA.
The travel fee covers the total hours spent traveling to and from your venues location.

Travel Time Charge: Travel time is calculated based on round-trip hours (to and from your event).

Hourly Rate for Travel Time: Travel time is billed at $100 per hour. While traveling, the artist is unable to perform other client work or commitments, leaving it necessary to include travel time in addition to the service pricing for extended travel.
All extended travel will require, at minimum, one nights stay near the venue.
This is an additional fee, travel time does not include coverage for accommodations.
